Hello, I’m the founder of Virtual Warrior VA, where practical support meets calm organisation. I help busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and homeowners bring order to their work and home life, whether it’s managing admin, reorganising spaces, or keeping things running while they’re away.

With decades in the workforce, I’ve worn many hats and a few hard hats, too. My career spans mining, oil and gas, aged care, government services, and software development. Over the years, I’ve become skilled at taming chaos, coordinating complex tasks, and keeping operations on track from remote industrial projects to small business offices.

I’m experienced in general administration, purchasing, and invoice processing, and I’ve managed everything from supplier coordination to household bills, including electricity, gas, water, and council rates. My strength lies in creating order, meeting deadlines, and keeping details aligned without getting bogged down in the accounting side of things.

I also have a strong background in customer service and liaison, which helps me communicate clearly and get things done efficiently and with a smile. On the creative side, I love using Canva and Adobe InDesign to design newsletters, flyers, and layouts, combining organisation with creativity to make information look as good as it works.

Working across so many industries has taught me three key things: details matter, kindness builds trust, and assertiveness gets results. I know when to be diplomatic and when to be firm, a balance that keeps projects moving forward and clients at ease. I approach every task, whether virtual admin, home organisation, gardening, housesitting, or petsitting, with reliability, respect, and a proactive mindset.
